Description

Throughout the program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a large international organization serves customers across multiple markets and drives commercial performance through data, technology, and process excellence.

• Three rotations of 9-12 months across different Commercial Excellence and Operations functions
• Exposure to multiple countries within an international business environment
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business Leadership teams
• Direct interaction with senior management and key decision-makers
• Ownership of meaningful projects with visible business impact
• Structured learning and development curriculum focused on business excellence, digital transformation, and leadership
• Dedicated support from a mentor and buddy from the start of the program

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
• Recent graduate or expected graduation from 2026 onwards
• Initial professional experience through internships, student jobs, or a first role is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for technology, digital innovation, and business transformation
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French
