Description

As an administrative assistant you'll be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to paralegals and attorneys
• Managing calls, emails and mail with stakeholders
• Collecting and assessing accuracy of official documents and certificates
• Maintaining efficient filing system for all relevant documents
• Coordinating administration of ongoing projects

• Bachelor in administration, office management, languages or any related field
• Excellent level of French and English, Dutch is a plus
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and excellent teamspirit
