Parttime Hospitality Assistant in Zaventem (20h/week)

We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant who thrives in a discreet, refined environment and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and guests.

The primary focus of the role is to provide operational support and independently maintain the quality and appearance of the workplace. The Hospitality Assistant will also be trained in the key reception tasks, enabling them to provide flexible support during peak periods.

What your role will look like:

· Supporting the coordination of training sessions and meetings

· Preparing meeting and training rooms

· Managing catering arrangements and monitoring stock levels

· Conducting hospitality and facility checks throughout the building

· Providing operational support for events, training sessions, and other hospitality-related activities

Working hours:

Fixed PM schedule: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership of the overall workplace environment and experience
• Has a keen eye for detail
• Is proactive and takes initiative
• Works effectively as part of a team and communicates well with the Front Office
• Is able to work independently and identify what is needed to maintain the workplace to a high standard
• English is essential, as it is the primary working language.
• A good working knowledge of Dutch and/or French is also required to communicate effectively with local suppliers.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves being on your feet and carrying out hands-on tasks throughout the day.
