We're looking for a driven Sales Manager who loves opening new doors, building strong client relationships
and closing deals. This is a true business development role. Your mission is simple: generate new business
across our Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Airline segments and help position Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport
as the preferred hotel in the market.

What you'll do
• Hunt for new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with our commercial and operational teams to deliver outstanding guest

Who you are
• A natural hunter with a passion for sales.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced in business development: hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
• Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with a CRM and sales targets.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• Flexible to meet clients and attend events outside standard office hours when required.
