What will you do? As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors and guests with courtesy and professionalism.

Preparing and issuing visitor access badges.

Managing visitor check-in and check-out procedures.

• Contacting embassy staff when their visitors arrive.

Providing information and assistance when required.

Ensuring reception areas remain organized and professional at all times.

• Handling communications with discretion and confidentiality.
