Join the European headquarters of an international CNC machine tool manufacturer as a Product Specialist Fiber Laser & Press Brake in Brussels. In this permanent role, you will combine technical product expertise with commercial support, helping dealers, sales teams and customers across Europe find the right fiber laser and press brake solutions.

You will work in an international environment and travel approximately one week per month across Europe for customer and dealer visits, machine demonstrations and trade fairs.

This international machine tool manufacturer is a market leader in CNC machine tools across the Western world. Its product portfolio includes CNC machining centers, lathes, fiber lasers and press brakes.

To further strengthen its fiber laser and press brake activities in Europe, the company is looking for a Product Specialist who combines technical expertise with strong commercial awareness.

You will join a small, approachable and international team at the European headquarters in Brussels. The working environment offers considerable autonomy and short communication lines.

Your new role

As Product Specialist Fiber Laser & Press Brake, you will be the European point of reference for fiber laser and press brake solutions.

You will support dealers, sales teams and end customers throughout the commercial and technical process, from pre-sales and machine configuration to demonstrations, training, product launches and technical support.

What will you do?

• Provide technical support for product- and application-related questions.
  
• Advise customers, dealers and sales teams on applications and suitable machine configurations.
  
• Analyse and resolve product-related technical challenges.
  
• Support dealers and sales teams throughout commercial sales processes.
  
• Develop clear product positioning and technical sales arguments.
  
• Deliver product and application training to dealers and sales teams.
  
• Demonstrate fiber laser and press brake machines at customer sites, events and trade fairs.
  
• Support new product launches across the European market.
  
• Gather customer, dealer and market feedback and identify potential business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing and Product Management.
  
• Maintain regular contact with international colleagues and stakeholders.
  

The position covers the European market, with approximately one week of international travel per month.

What do you need?

Essential

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
  
• Experience in a technical, engineering, product management or technical-commercial environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• The ability to translate technical challenges into practical solutions.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly to different audiences.
  
• A customer-focused and commercially minded approach.
  
• Experience coordinating projects and working with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• A structured way of working with attention to quality and detail.
  
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  
• Fluent Dutch and English.
  
• Willingness to travel approximately one week per month within Europe.
