Description

As a Temporary Executive Assistant (80%) you will be the righthand of the head of department.

You have an important role within the company:

- Complex diary and travel management

- Preparing for meetings (including PowerPoint presentations), taking minutes and drafting reports

- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

- Organising events

- Managing the mailbox and acting as the first point of contact by telephone

- Keeping the database up to date

- Onboarding new colleagues

- You have experience in a similar role

- You are available to start this project immediately (from late September until the end of April 2027)

- You communicate fluently in English and are able to have conversations in Dutch

- You work in a structured manner, are organised and are a hands-on person

- You are discreet and meticulous

- You enjoy communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
