Your role

• As Senior Payroll Officer, you support the Payroll Lead in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll operations across the continent countries where CLdN operates.
• You play a key role in the execution, control and continuous improvement of payroll processes. Working closely with the Payroll Lead, you independently manage end-to-end payroll activities for assigned countries and can take ownership of international payroll operations when required.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in an international or multi-country environment.
• Solid understanding of payroll operations, tax legislation, social security regulations and labour law requirements.
• Proven ability to independently manage payroll processes and complex payroll cases.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders across different countries.
• Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
