F&B Waiter/Waitress - Bartender M/W/X

As an F&B Waiter/Waitress - Bartender, you will attend to guests in the restaurant, room service, bar and banqueting areas, ensuring professional and efficient service in line with the hotel's standards.

Your main responsibilities include:
- welcoming and seating guests upon arrival;
- assisting guests in choosing food and beverages and providing information about menu items;
- taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system;
- preparing the necessary accompaniments and equipment for service;
- serving food and beverages according to service standards;
- responding to additional guest requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction;
- maintaining a professional, prompt and friendly service at all times;
- ensuring tables are properly set with the required cutlery, glassware, linen and equipment;
- maintaining a good knowledge of menu and beverage items;
- keeping tables, chairs, service stations, bar areas and equipment clean and properly organised;
- clearing tables and collecting used dishes, glassware, linen and room-service trays;
- preparing sufficient service equipment to ensure efficient service;
- carrying out daily and weekly cleaning duties and other operational tasks when required;
- maintaining food and beverage displays and ensuring that service areas remain tidy and presentable;
- handling the assigned cash float and collecting payments for products and services;
- ensuring that consumptions are posted correctly and on time;
- reporting problems, unusual situations or special guest requests promptly to the supervisor;
- carrying out reasonable requests from the manager, supervisor or management team.

- First professional experience required.
