As a Customer Service OTC UK Markets your responsibilities are:

• Manage the full order-to-cash (OTC) process for the UK market, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the main point of contact for UK customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage order fulfilment, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to customer orders and shipments.
• Follow up on payments and assist with invoice-related queries as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer service activities.

A successful Customer Service OTC UK Markets should have:

• Previous experience in customer service or order management
