Bank Officer M/W/X

Handle deposits, remittances and related transactions.

Assist with the processing of customer data, accounts and related administrative tasks.

Carry out relevant tasks and document processing in accordance with the company's internal regulations.

Other duties related to the role.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required; any subject area is acceptable. Candidates with a background in finance, accounting or business administration, or with work experience in the financial sector, are particularly welcome.

Language Skills:

Good spoken and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; candidates with French language skills are particularly welcome.

Work Eligibility:

Must be legally authorised to work in Belgium and be able to provide relevant proof upon appointment.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in word processing software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint; good Mandarin typing skills.

Personal Attributes:

Meticulous, responsible, with strong numerical aptitude and document handling skills; able to strictly adhere to work processes and relevant regulations.

Other Requirements:

Experience in finance, banking, accountancy or related administrative roles is particularly desirable.
