L3 Support / System Administrator | Growth & Hands-On IT

• Own L3 supportfor complex incidents, troubleshooting issues across workstations, applications, operating systems and infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft & Linux environments, handling user rights, configurations, deployments and day-to-day system administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot and supportnetworking, VPN, security and endpoint solutions, escalating more complex infrastructure issues when required.
• Managelaptops, desktops and Apple devices, including preparation, configuration and deployment.
• Maintain accurateCMDB and ticketing data, follow incidents through to resolution and contribute to improving processes and Knowledge Base documentation.
• Work closely with theIT & Infrastructure teamson projects, exceptional workloads and continuous improvements to the overall IT environment.

• 5+ years of experiencein IT Support, System Administration or a similar technical role, ideally with L2/L3 exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge ofMicrosoft & Linux environments, with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working withnetworking, VPN, antivirus/security solutions and user access management.
• Experience withMicrosoft 365, Teams, Zoom and collaboration tools, as well as Apple environments such as macOS, iOS and iPadOS.
• Familiarity withprint management, audiovisual and conference-room technologiesis a plus.
• Ateam player with a growth mindset, strong communication skills and genuine curiosity for learning new technologies. Fluent inFrench and English.
