Senior Support Engineer | Belgian Scale-Up

• Act as aSenior Support reference, taking ownership of complex incidents and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
• Provide advanced support acrossMicrosoft & Linux environments, endpoints, applications and user access.
• Troubleshootnetworking, VPN and security-related issues, while supporting basic infrastructure and server activities.
• Manage and configurelaptops, desktops and Apple devices, including deployments and technical maintenance.
• Contribute toIT processes & continuous improvement, including CMDB updates, ticketing, reporting and Knowledge Base documentation.
• Collaborate closely withIT & Infrastructure teams, sharing knowledge and supporting the team during high workloads and technical projects.

• 4+ years of experiencein IT Support, with solid L2/L3 or senior-level exposure.
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft & Linux, combined with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding ofnetworking, VPN, antivirus/security solutions and user access management.
• Experience withMicrosoft 365, Teams, Zoom and Apple environmentssuch as macOS, iOS and iPadOS.
• Knowledge ofprint management, audiovisual and conference-room technologiesis a strong plus.
• A genuineteam playerwith strong communication skills, resilience and a curiosity for learning and evolving technically.
• Fluent inFrench and English.
