Our partner is a fast-growing technology company operating in theconnectivity and managed network servicesspace. As their activities continue to expand, they are looking for aSupport Engineerto join their technical team.

This is more than a traditional support role: it’s a great opportunity for someone with a technical mindset who wants todevelop a career in networking, gain practical experience with different technologies, and progressively specialize in areas such asVPN, WAN, routing and SD-WAN.

• Provide1st & 2nd line technical supportto customers via phone and ticketing systems.
• Configure and preparenetwork equipment and routersfor new deployments.
• Monitor network environments and proactively identify and resolveconnectivity issues.
• Manageequipment inventoryand ensure accurate tracking of technical assets.
• Participate in anon-call rotationto support customers and maintain high service availability.
• Supporton-site installationsfor new deployments across different environments and locations.

• Some practical knowledge ofnetworking fundamentals, such as VLANs, VPNs, WAN/LAN, IP routing or basic firewall configuration.
• You may bejunior or at the start of your career— motivation and technical curiosity are more important than extensive experience.
• A strong interest inNetworking & Connectivity, with the ambition to develop deeper expertise in technologies such as SD-WAN and SDN.
• Acustomer-oriented mindsetand a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality support experience.
• Strong communication skills inDutch and English; a good level of French is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on personality with a genuineappetite for learning and solving technical challenges.
