Junior HR Assistant

Our client is an international and people-oriented company based in Brussels. They are known for their strong company culture, internal mobility, and commitment to developing talent. To support their growing HR department, they are looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Assistant ready to discover the world of Human Resources.

As a Junior HR Assistant, you will support the HR team across a variety of tasks, giving you a broad introduction to the field. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the recruitment process: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees
• Handling HR administration: contracts, personnel files, absences, certificates
• Preparing HR documents and ensuring updated employee data
• Helping with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying information
• Participating in HR projects such as employer branding, training coordination, or wellbeing initiatives
• Being a point of contact for employees, providing clear and friendly support

• You graduated in HR, Psychology, Office Management, Business, or a related field
• Eager to start your career and develop strong HR skills
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Organized, communicative, and service-minded
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable handling confidential information
• A real team player who enjoys working with people
