• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient IT solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, participants, and technical teams to gather requirements and align them with business goals.
• Lead the migration to cloud environments, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Design and implement high-availability architectures to support critical business functions.
• Facilitate decision-making processes to find mutually beneficial solutions among different actors.
• Provide architectural guidance on technology choices, design patterns, and best practices.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.

• Driving the migration to cloud while maintaining business continuity.
• Ensuring high availability of systems and services to meet business demands.
• Balancing and aligning diverse stakeholder requirements across the organization.
• Fostering collaboration and consensus among different actors to achieve common goals.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud projects (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Deep understanding of high-availability solutions and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance conflicting requirements and drive consensus.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
