Freelance Business Process Lead

Our client is a fast-growing B2B organization investing heavily in the optimization of its digital landscape. As part of this transformation, they are looking for a Freelance IT Business Process Lead to analyze, redesign, and document key business processes, with a strong focus on e-commerce and IT systems.

As a Freelance Business Process Lead your responsibilities are:

• Analyze and map end-to-end business processes across multiple departments.
• Assess the interaction between business processes and IT systems.
• Redesign and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Document business processes, functional flows, and system interactions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional process designs.
• Act as the interface between Business, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Support digital transformation projects related to e-commerce platforms and business applications.
• Ensure process governance, standardization, and adoption across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

A successful Freelance Business Process Lead should have:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Process Lead, Functional Analyst, or Process Consultant.
• Mandatory experience within a B2B e-commerce environment.
• Hand-on experience with Shopify or Magento is a great advantage.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and digital workflows.
• Experience documenting business processes, functional specifications, and user journeys.
• Fluent in French and English.
