As a successful Digital Growth Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee and optimise e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and performance.
• Monitor and analyse key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on digital trends and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns.

As a successful Digital Growth Specialist you should have:

• A degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of e-commerce experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for digital marketing and e-commerce. (bol.com, Amazon,...)
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with SEO and digital ads.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and good knowledge of French.
• Affinity with animals is a plus.
