Support Team Lead – Azure & Entra ID

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the service desk team while actively managing incidents, information requests, and service applications.
• Oversee technical changes and ensure compliance with security and privacy policies and standards.
• Develop, monitor, and update operational processes, procedures, and technical guidelines based on stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support infrastructure, identity management, and account management systems.
• Support the migration and implementation of service management tooling within the organizational ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in team leadership and coaching within a service desk environment.
• 3+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including technical configuration, Entra Domain Services, and Identity Governance.
• 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure, including IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, routing, and DNS.
• Proven experience with ITIL methodologies and the creation of technical or operational processes and guidelines.
• Practical experience with ITSM tools such as TOPdesk and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of the Belgian energy market and its structural operations.
• Proactive, independent, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are a collaborative team player able to work effectively in a remote-enabled environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of experience with Office 365.
• Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-500, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-300, or SC-900.
