Business Process Owner - Telecom

The role

• You will join the Business Process Team and shape how network operations work.
• End-to-end processes that drive network transformation and automation are yours to design, improve and govern.
• Business stakeholders, operational teams and technical teams find their connection in you, as you translate business needs into clear processes, requirements and functional specifications.
• Using the BPMN 2.0 standard, you model AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• KPIs help you monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, automation and customer experience.
• Your scope covers the network lifecycle, from planning and rollout to activation, service assurance, maintenance and sometimes phase-out.
• Complex challenges become clear, effective processes that support efficient, scalable and future-ready telecom operations.

Desired profile

• Experience in process management, continuous improvement or business analysis, preferably in telecommunications
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, including adoption and organizational change
• The following are an asset:
  • hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 and ARIS or a comparable modelling tool
  • good knowledge of telecom networks, or the curiosity and drive to quickly build and apply this knowledge
