Stability Engineer - Sector Leader - Brussels Region

Our client is a company specialised in technical solutions for construction projects, active across a wide range of sites in Belgium. It relies on an internal engineering team responsible for analysing, optimising, and preparing the technical aspects of projects. To support its development, the organisation is strengthening its design office with a Dutch-speaking engineer.

• Contribute to the technical analysis of projects and the preparation of offers
• Explore different design approaches and propose suitable technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess constraints, risks, and opportunities
• Support the preparation of technical documents and project files
• Take responsibility for complete technical studies related to project design and execution
• Provide technical support to operational teams during project start-up and follow-up
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, tools, and processes within the design office
• Work on projects requiring in-depth technical or structural analysis.

• Civil or industrial engineer with a strong interest in technical analysis and design
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding of English and French
• Rigorous, analytical, and comfortable with calculations and modelling
• Enjoys teamwork and contributing to varied projects
• Motivated to grow in an environment where technique, precision, and collaboration are essential
