Sales Manager - B2B Services

Our client is operating B2B services and supporting organisations in the management and commercialisation of professional assets and services.The company is currently entering a new development phase focused on commercial acceleration, operational excellence and market expansion. The Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities :

• Define and implement the company's commercial strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
• Identify priority markets, customer segments and development opportunities.
• Identify and win new key accounts across target markets.
• Personally lead negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Support the team through field coaching, customer visits and business development activities.
• Act as a change leader and help elevate commercial capabilities across the organisation.
• Ensure effective reporting and performance monitoring.

• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrated success in transforming or turning around an underperforming sales organisation.
• Strong track record in B2B business development and customer acquisition.
• Experience building commercial structures, processes and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong coaching and people management capabilities.
• Fluent in French with a good professional level of Dutch.
