Key Account Manager - Bel Belgium

As a Key Account Manager Retail at Bel your responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement customer business plans aligned with Bel's commercial strategy.
• Manage strategic retail accounts
• Drive profitable sales growth, market share and category performance.
• Lead annual negotiations and customer agreement discussions.
• Identify growth opportunities and proactively develop new business initiatives.
• Build strong customer partnerships and long-term collaboration plans.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Growth Management and Sales Operations.
• Monitor performance, analyse customer data and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure excellent execution of promotional and commercial plans.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Retail or OTC environments.
• Experience in Account Management, Customer Development, Category Management, Trade Marketing or Key Account Management.
• Exposure to negotiations with retail customers is highly desirable.
• Experience within a large international organisation is ideal.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
• Fluent Dutch or French with a good knowledge of English.
