As a Junior International Inside Sales professional, you will help expand the company's international customer base within the meat industry. Your role combines lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and closing deals, with a strong focus on long-term commercial growth.

• Execute and contribute to a strategic international sales plan
• Identify and approach new potential customers
• Expand and develop the international customer portfolio
• Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and commercial opportunities from first contact to deal
• Analyse and report on sales metrics, market trends and commercial performance

• Junior sales talent with ambition and drive, or a first relevant sales experience
• Commercially minded, ambitious and proactive - a real go-getter
• Comfortable with proactive prospecting and cold calling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
• Willing and able to work 100% on-site in Antwerp
• A valid Belgian work permit is required
