We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, fluent in French and English, to join a team based in Brussels.

In this temporary assignment, you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment cycle within the professional services sector. Your responsibilities will include sourcing talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an efficient and positive hiring process.

As a recruiter your responsibilities are:

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide support in contract preparation and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to meet recruitment goals.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

• Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
• Previous experience in recruitment is required
• Enjoys daily interaction with people while also appreciating administrative tasks
• Available immediately
• Temporary contract, with a potential opportunity for a permanent position
