Description

• Welcome clients and visitors while ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries.
• Order office supplies and support the day-to-day running of the office.
• Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
• Manage visitor access and maintain reception and common areas.
• Provide general administrative support to internal teams.

• Native or near-native level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A first experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is an asset.
• Proactive, organised and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, service-oriented and confident interacting with international clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
