As Customer Service you will work in the office in Brussels and you will be responsible of the Spanish and Italian markets.

Description

As a Customer Service Spain/Italy you will have following responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in Spanish, Italian and English
• Providing detailed information about products and services
• Processing orders and ensuring accurate data entry
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs
• Monitoring and following up on delivery statuses
• Maintaining up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

As Customer Service Spanish/Italian you have following profile:

• A First experience in a client oriented role (customer service, inside sales, sales support, ...)
• Fluent knowledge of Italian, Spanish and English
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems
• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset
