As an Inside Sales Representative, you will take ownership of the German market, developing new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Expand the customer portfolio and strengthen market presence.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Report on sales activities and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

• Fluent in German and English, knowledge of Dutch or additional languages is a strong asset.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
