Teamleader 2 shifts OR night

As a Team Leader within the logistics department, you are responsible for leading and supporting a team of warehouse employees, with a focus on the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. You ensure that operational targets are achieved and that safety and quality standards are consistently followed.

The role consists of four key areas of responsibility. In addition, you are willing to work operationally alongside your team when necessary.

• Team Leadership: Train, manage, motivate, and support your team to achieve operational targets, while identifying training and development needs.

• Operational Management: Monitor workflows related to the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of parts.

• Performance & Reporting: Monitor team performance and results and report these to the Supervisor.

• Problem Solving: Resolve minor operational issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably within the automotive sector.
