Sales Administrator (Middle-East & Africa)

Headit is looking for an English- and French-speaking Sales Support Administrator for the Middle East & Africa regions.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in your regions
• Inform customers about import regulations and legislation, including shipping terms, transportation methods, payment terms, customs-related documentation, etc.
• Coordinate the entire order-to-cash process
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure that all orders are processed correctly
• Organize export shipments: book and coordinate shipments, manage transport and customs documentation, invoicing and delivery follow-up
• Monitor order parameters and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability
• Optimize shipments by configuring optimal loading plans

What does your profile look like?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have initial relevant experience in a similar B2B customer service, logistics or supply chain role
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries
• Highly organized and administratively skilled, with good knowledge of MS Office applications
• An understanding of and/or strong interest in logistics (export, etc.) and supply chain processes
• Very fluent communication skills in both French and English
