g2 Recruitment Solutions - Microsft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to support a major transformation programme within the Insurance sector.
The successful consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and translate business needs into functional solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. You will play a key role in workshops, solution design, testing, and user adoption activities.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Support Dynamics 365 solution design and configuration
• Conduct process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
• Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities
• Work closely with developers, architects, and third-party vendors
• Produce functional documentation and process flows

• 5+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, CRM, F&O, or Business Central)
• Previous experience within Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, or Pensions
• Proven track record on Dynamics 365 implementation or transformation projects
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and change management activities
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are desirable
