Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structured presentations and materials for senior stakeholders, making complex topics accessible
• Support adoption of new processes by guiding teams through change management and ensuring sustained usage

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Information Systems Management
• Proven background in business analysis, functional analysis, digital consulting, or related roles
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions
