SAP FICO Functional Analyst

Talencia is looking for a SAP FICO Functional Analyst for one of its clients.

Context :

Our client is a well-established retail organization looking for a SAP FICO Functional Analyst to join its internal team and take an active role in the day-to-day management and evolution of their SAP landscape.

Description :


· Act as a functional reference for SAP, with a strong focus on FICO.
· Provide day-to-day functional support and analyse incidents and business requirements.
· Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and specifications.
· Understand end-to-end processes including purchasing, order flows, warehouse operations and finance.
· Analyse interactions between SAP and external applications, interfaces and third-party systems.
· Work closely with developers and technical teams, understanding technical specifications and code without being a developer yourself.
· Participate in functional analysis, testing and implementation of new solutions.
· Gradually take ownership of existing knowledge through close collaboration and knowledge transfer from experienced SAP professionals.

Your profile :


You are a SAP professional with a strong functional mindset, capable of understanding both business processes and their technical environment. Along, you bring :

· 5+ years of SAP experience.
· Strong knowledge of SAP FICO.
· Experience as a SAP Functional Analyst, SAP Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, Application Consultant or similar.
· A good understanding of end-to-end SAP processes and integrations.
· The ability to turn business requirements into practical functional solutions.
· Enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers and understand interfaces and system interactions.
· A working knowledge of English, Dutch and French
