Logistics assistant

Our client is a growing logistics company in the textile industry. The company has positioned itself internationally as an important player in the sector and continues to develop rapidly. With a strong focus on customer orientation, they provide solutions in the logistics chain. Due to their rapid growth, they are looking for enthusiastic and driven employees who can contribute to their further expansion.

As a Back-up Team Leader, you help the Team Leader and take over when they are absent. You make sure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely, keeping productivity, quality, and a positive work environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and replace the Team Leader when needed
• Guide and motivate team members on the floor
• Keep track of productivity, quality, and safety
• Report progress and any problems to management
• Suggest improvements to make work more efficient
