• Identify and attract qualified freelance professionals through sourcing strategies
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess expertise
• Evaluate and match candidates with client requirements
• Build long-term relationships with freelance professionals
• Engage with passive candidates and develop a strong talent pipeline
• Provide candidates with guidance and market insights
• Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver relevant talent solutions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.

• At least 3 years experiences in recruitment
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and talent evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, or recruitment.
• Ability to understand professional backgrounds and identify transferable skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional communities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
