Jobomschrijving
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Medium Voltage and electrical distribution solutions in Belgium and BENELUX.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including utilities, electrical contractors, engineering firms, panel builders, and industrial customers.
- Promote and develop the portfolio of Medium Voltage equipment and power distribution solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers in product selection, applications, and industry requirements.
- Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Management teams to drive business performance and support future business unit development.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or BU management (P&L management) within the electrical distribution sector.
- Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, power distribution equipment, switchgear, MCCBs, RMUs, DSO or related electrical solutions.
- Commercially driven with the ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with a professional command of English.
