• Participate in ideation and requirements gathering workshops
• Participate in regular design/development meetings
• Support the design of wireframes or design the wireframes
• Support the design of clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes
• Design pixel-perfect key screens for web / mobile
• Gain a deep understanding of product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct comprehensive concept and usability testing while actively seeking valuable feedback
• Craft wireframes and prototypes that cater to the needs of our customers
• Innovate creative solutions to tackle complex UX problems, ensuring optimal usability and findability
• Create personas & user journey mapping
  

• Between 3-8 years of experience in the job
• Trilingual (french/dutch/english) is a significant advantage
• Hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree
• A digital experience is a must for this role
• A first experience in consulting is a plus
