Talencia is looking for a "SAP FICO" for one of its clients.

Context

We are currently looking for SAP FICO Consultant for one of our good customer (minimum 3 years of SAP experience) to support ICT projects within a logistics-focused environment and to ensure the follow-up of support activities related to Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance business processes. The consultant will collaborate on SAP-related projects and will be responsible for facilitating workshops, coordinating project activities, and supporting business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP and SAP-related projects
• Coordinate project and support activities
• Create and maintain project planning
• Organize, prepare, and facilitate workshops and project meetings
• Analyze business requirements and identify process gaps
• Present and discuss proposed solutions with business stakeholders
• Build Proofs of Concept (PoC) when required
• Assess impacts on existing business operations
• Follow up on business issues, requirements, and process evolutions
• Coordinate and support testing activities:
  • Unit Testing
  • System Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Contribute to project documentation
• Support key-user training activities

Follow up on issue resolution during testing phases and go-live periods

• Strong experience in SAP FICO
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in support and project environments
• Functional configuration expertise

Highly appreciated:

• Experience with Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
• Ability to analyze and adapt custom SAP developments (Z programs)
• International project experience
