Our client is looking for a Finance Data Analyst to support the migration from SAP BW to Databricks. The role sits between Finance and IT, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective data models and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between Finance stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and translate Finance reporting requirements into data solutions.
• Analyse existing SAP BW Finance data and reporting structures.
• Support the migration of Finance objects to Databricks.
• Assess the feasibility of data models and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration.
• Work closely with business users, data engineers, and architects.

Logistics

• Hybrid working near Mechelen (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
• Contract until the end of the year+ extensions.

• 5 years of experience within similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models.
• Experience working with data warehouses and analytics platforms.
• Experience within either SAP or Databricks. Both is a huge bonus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
