IT Support Analyst

FIT Support Analystor a pharmaceutical partner in the Kempen, we are recruiting a IT Support Analyst. He or she will be a member of a team responsible for PC’s controlling laboratory equipment as well as support for computers used in manufacturing lines or warehouse. This kind of support is separated from the standard Office PC support because of the specific business related technology and applications.

• Assist end-users in resolution of hard- and software problems
• Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction
• Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
• Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
• Install, configure, qualify and troubleshoot PC systems
• Connect instrument equipment
• Manage and maintain an accurate asset Inventory per internal procedures
• Coordination of moves. Including post move and follow up support
• Coordinate the ordering of H/W and S/W for end users related to instrument systems
• Maintain PC compliance per internal procedures

• Experience in Laboratory, Manufacturing or Warehouse PC support
• General understanding of instrument software (I.e. Waters, Cyberlab, TotalChrome, Tiamo)
• General understanding of instrument hardware (I.e. Mass-spectrometers, Balances, Electron-Microscopes)
• General understanding of types of peripheral connectivity
• Experienced with routine equipment installations, relocations, reconfigurations, and maintenance
• Apply basic knowledge of industry and competitive environment in all facets of daily job functions
• Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation
• General understanding of LINUX is a plus
