Marketing & events support | Temporary | Zaventem

We are looking for a temporary marketing & events support officer for a company based in Zaventem.
Your responsibilities:

• You coordinate the practical organization and follow-up of client events, trade fairs, and internal activities.

• You coordinate invitations, registrations, catering, venues, materials, and logistics.

• You maintain relationships with suppliers, exhibition stand builders, event venues, and internal stakeholders.

• You closely monitor schedules, checklists, and deadlines.

• You support email campaigns and event communications.

• You ensure that all administrative and organizational aspects are managed to the highest standard.

You respond quickly and proactively find solutions when unexpected situations arise.

• You have an excellent command of Dutch, French, or English.

• You have initial experience in marketing and event organization.

• You possess strong organizational skills and a good dose of common sense.

You have a hands-on and proactive mindset. You can work independently and have a solution-oriented approach.

• You are flexible and willing to attend events in the evening (approximately 8 events in total).

• You are available immediately and can commit to the assignment for at least two months.
