- As an Automotive Technician, you play a crucial role in our production process.
- You are responsible for the assembly and installation of our products according to the highest quality standards. You will work in a modern and dynamic environment where teamwork is key.
- Through comprehensive training, you will become versatile and familiar with all different workstations within our production department. This not only provides variety in your work but also offers you the opportunity to continuously develop and enhance your technical skills.
- Flexibility: You are able to work in a rotating 2-shift system with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Independence and teamwork: You can work effectively both independently and in a team, contributing to a smooth and efficient production process.
- Experience: You have relevant experience in assembly work or in de automotive industry
- Accuracy and punctuality: You work meticulously and adhere strictly to procedures and deadlines, always striving for the highest quality.
- Communication skills: You have a good command of either Dutch or English, which is essential for smooth communication with colleagues and following instructions.
- Holiday planning: You are comfortable with collective leave, with 3 weeks off in the summer and 1 week between Christmas and New Year’s.
