Recruitment Consultant Finance

What will you do?

In this role, you combine headhunting top talent with actively building your own client portfolio. You will have the unique opportunity to write our success story in Zaventem right from the ground floor:

• Build Your Business: Proactively reach out to corporate clients across the region to map out their recruitment needs and develop long-lasting business partnerships.

• Find & Connect: Target and headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, modern AI tools, and our existing network.

• Assess & Match: Conduct in-depth interviews to uncover candidates' career ambitions and match them with the right company culture.

• Drive Results: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish — from initial client acquisition to contract negotiation and candidate onboarding.

Who are you?

No prior recruitment background? That’s completely fine! We look for professionals with the right mindset and strong commercial instinct.

• Education: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in any field).

• Language Skills: You are fluent in French and have a strong professional command of English. Good knowledge of Dutch is a clear advantage for our office dynamic.

• Commercial Drive: You are target-oriented, proactive on the phone, and motivated by tangible financial and professional growth.

• Profile: You combine sharp business acumen with high energy, resilience, and a drive to win.
