Payroll Officer - Fashion - Brussels

As a Payroll Officer at this international fashion company, you will oversee end-to-end payroll activities and a seamless employee experience for Belgium and Luxemburg acting as a key point of contact for payroll-related matters. You'll join a team of more than 10 people within the HR Team.

As Payroll Officer you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating and overseeing monthly payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers.
• Ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and internal policies.
• Acting as main point of contact for employees on payroll-related matters.
• Preparing payroll reports, analyses, and provisions to support business decision-making.
• Driving payroll optimisation, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Participating in HR and payroll transformation projects while supporting development of best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations and social legislation.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
