Sales manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a focus on the Walloon region. The company operates internationally and specialises in sustainable facility and hygiene solutions.

In this role, you will lead an experienced team of Key Account Managers responsible for major and strategic customers. At the same time, you won't be managing exclusively from behind a desk: you will regularly join your team in the field and remain actively involved with customers yourself, while maintaining the right balance with your leadership responsibilities.

• Lead, support and coach a team of Key Account Managers.
• Translate the commercial strategy into clear and achievable objectives.
• Guide your team in customer management, account growth and new business development.
• Join your team during customer visits and coach them during commercial discussions.
• Monitor results, KPIs, forecasts and commercial action plans.
• Conduct individual meetings focused on performance and professional development.
• Work closely with Customer Care, Service and other commercial teams.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or commercial services.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
• You have experience leading or coaching a sales team.
• You combine strong commercial skills with a genuine people-oriented management style.
• You are results-driven without losing sight of the people behind the results.
• You have strong analytical and organisational skills.
• You are comfortable working with KPIs, forecasts and commercial targets.
