Associate Lawyer Banking & Finance - Antwerp

The firm works with Belgian and international companies, investment funds, financial institutions and private clients. • Advising private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on Banking & Finance matters
• Working on acquisition finance transactions, corporate lending and debt capital markets
• Assisting with insolvency-related aspects of finance transactions
• Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal documentation
• Working closely with senior associates and partners on complex files
• Building strong client relationships through clear and pragmatic advice

• Belgian Master of Law degree with a strong academic background
• 1-6 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally with exposure to banking or finance law
• Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach
• Fluent in Dutch and English
