Pallet Repair Operator / Pallet hersteller (English/NL Speaking) – Lokeren

English speakers are welcome. Dutch is a plus, but not required.

Paletten Roels BV, located in Lokeren, is a growing family-owned company specialized in the production, repair and recycling of wooden pallets. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Pallet Repair Operator.

Do you enjoy practical work, like working with your hands, and aren't afraid of physical work? Then you might be the colleague we're looking for!

Your responsibilities

• Repair damaged wooden pallets according to our quality standards.
• Replace broken boards and blocks using a pneumatic nail gun.
• Inspect repaired pallets to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
• Sort pallets by type and quality.
• Keep your workplace clean, organized and safe.
• Work together with your colleagues to achieve daily production targets.

Your profile

• Experience in woodworking or pallet repair is an advantage.
• You enjoy working with tools and manual labour.
• You are physically fit and don't mind active work.
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
• Safety is important to you.
• You can communicate in English. Dutch is a plus, but not required.
• You are motivated, reliable and willing to learn.
