Design Engineer - Construction Material

To strengthen its technical office team in Belgium, our client is currently looking for a Design Engineer to join its site in Ternat.

As an Engineer Technical Office, you will be involved in the design and delivery of technical solutions for construction projects. You will act as a key interface between clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing technical projects from design to execution, ensuring tailored and efficient solutions
• Developing and delivering engineering designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools
• Analyzing project requirements and proposing optimized and innovative construction solutions
• Providing technical expertise and advisory to clients, architects, and contractors
• Preparing technical and commercial offers (engineering quotations) accurately and within deadlines
• Collaborating closely with sales teams and internal departments to ensure project success
• Ensuring high standards in terms of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Architecture, or equivalent
• Ideally a junior professional with a strong interest in design and construction
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office tools
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
