(Senior) Group Consolidation Analyst - Walloon Brabant

Our client in an international company active in the construction sector and operating in multiple countries around the world.

The company recently decided to relocate its Group Financial HQ in Belgium.

In this context, we are currently looking for their Group Consolidation Analyst, with great growing perspectives.

Their offices are located in the Walloon Brabant.

(Senior) Group Consolidation Analyst - Industrial Group - Walloon Brabant

• Steer the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation under IFRS
• Ensure quality and completeness of consolidated accounts (eliminations, minority interests, acquisitions/divestments…)
• Lead the preparation of the group's statutory financial statements and quarterly reporting
• Act as main point of contact for external auditors
• Manage and optimise the consolidation system (HFM or equivalent)
• Develop reporting structures, dashboards and closing-process improvements
• Support M&A activities (PPA, integration, system setup)
• Collaborate closely with FP&A, treasury and local accounting teams
• Report in direct to the Director of Group Controlling, Consolidation & Reporting.

(Senior) Group Consolidation Analyst - Industrial Group - Walloon Brabant

• Master's degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Engineering / Management
• Min. 5 years of experience in Consolidation or External Audit / Consulting within an international context
• Good understanding and interest in IFRS
• Rigorous, analytical and comfortable with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication with the ability to influence stakeholders across countries
• Fluent in English. French is a strong plus
• Willing to join a great (small) team in Belgium with a Group view.
