• Strong technical insight, preferably with a technical degree
• Ability to work independently and with precision
• Hands-on attitude, ready to assist wherever needed
• Flexibility to switch machines or work overtime when necessary
• At least 5 years of experience as a folding operator in a printing company
• Experience with perfect binding is a plus
• Proficient in English
